:: About us
Our company was founded in 1995 concentrating on services within
the insurance sector and in the area of international commercial
law. In 1999, due to the increased demand for services in the area
of international business, the decision was made to create a separate
company in the area of International Trade Consulting, TradeChile. Since
then, we have assisted foreign companies and entities in initiating
activities in Latin America. At present, international business efforts
are managed by two Branches, TradeChile and TradeArgentina, located
in Santiago and Buenos Aires, respectively. Today we are more
than 60 professionals with offices in Chile and Argentina in the
cities of: Santiago, Buenos Aires, Concepción, Puerto Montt,
Punta Arenas and Talca. In 2003, we plan to open branch offices in
Lima, Peru and in La Serena, Antofagasta and Valparaíso, Chile.
> Mr. Ricardo Sateler – Head of the Legal
Unit
Mr. Ricardo Sateler, Attorney at Law, has a deep knowledge
in international legal matters as a result of his studies and work
in the US, Europe and South America. He counts on a Masters from
the Columbia University, New York. He teaches Commercial Law
at the University of Chile and was assigned by the Chilean Government
as a Panelist in the group of commercial controversy solutions at
the OMC. Mr. Sateler is founder and active member of the Arbitration
Committee of the American-Chilean Chamber of Commerce (AMCHAM).
> Mr. Alberto Faraggi Wiehoff - Faraggi
Global Risk
Mr. Alberto Faraggi, Attorney at Law, has a strong knowledge of
the legal-commercial Chilean framework. He counts on a vast
experience in the legal-corporate and insurance fields, areas in
which he has specialized in since 1976. He is the company’s
main assistant in the commercial area related to corporate finances,
mergers and acquisitions. He is also a teacher in Commercial
Law and Insurance at the University of Chile.

Our team in International Business Development is a small and dynamic
group of people of different backgrounds and origin. The team is
led by our President, Mr. René Faraggi.

Anita
counts on a degree in Public Relations. Her
professional background is based onprevious activities at Public
Relations departments of Ansaldo Energía S.A. and National
Congress (with the Senator Mr. Sergio Romero). Miss López
speaks perfect Spanish and is proficient in English.

Angela
studied Tourism Business Management at Seneca College in Toronto,
Ontario. She has a strong background in sales and marketing
in the Tourism Industry and was in charge of regional sales for a
tour operator in Canada. Angela is in charge of market
research for representative and distributor prospects. Angela comes
from Toronto, Canada and she is fluent in English with proficiency
in Spanish and French.

Andres possesses
a BA in Economics from Millersville University of Pennsylvania and
is a member of the Omicron Delta Epsilon Economics Fraternity. Mr. Galdo acts mainly in the commercial field and
is in charge of preparing Economic Analysis and Market Assessment
Research. He is proficient in English, Spanish and has a good understanding
of German. Before joining us, he worked as an Analyst for Nogales & Associates,
International Economic Consultants of La Paz, Bolivia.

Anette counts
on a Master’s in International Business from
the University of Gothenburg in Sweden and an MBA from Universidad
Católica in International Marketing and Management. Before
joining our company, Anette worked with sales & exports/ imports
for Swedish companies in Europe and South America. Miss Krohn is
fluent in Spanish, English and Swedish and also has knowledge of
German and French.

Felipe
has a degree in Business Management from the Finis Terrae University
in Chile. Heworks mainly as a Market Analyst. Being proficient
in English, Mr. Armstrong worked in Banco Santiago as an Enterprises
Business Executive and realized activities for the Export Agency
ALPE.

Jorge
is the company’s Operational Manager. He counts
on a Computer Engineer degree from the Centro Profesional de Estudios
de Computación in Santiago and has extended experience in
this field, especially administrating computer networks running under
Novel and Microsoft Windows NT operational systems. Mr. Sallorenzo
ensures reliable operations of the company’s communication
and operational systems. He is fluent in Spanish and has good knowledge
of Italian and English.

Denver & Metropolitan State College, Colorado USA
and has a Master’s degree in Clinical Pharmacology from Aberdeen
University, Scotland. Her past experience as a Trade Manager with
the Colorado International Trade Office allows her to assist in various
incoming visits and market research. She is fluent in both
English and Spanish, and has knowledge of Portuguese and Italian.

Vida has
a Master’s degree in International Business Administration
from Concordia University Wisconsin with a major in Marketing. Ms.
Bugajec acts as liaison between Chilean and foreign counterparts
preparing Market and Representative/Distributor researches. She
is fluent in English, Spanish, Lithuanian and Russian, and has a
good understanding of Polish and French. Originally from Lithuania,
Ms. Bugajec has a profound understanding of the markets of Eastern
Europe and United States.
